pickup

donated items are together and marked
- (We
don't want to accidentally take items you are keeping)
- - Gather the items
on the first/ground floor if possible
- - For non-furniture
items (e. g. housewares),
- make
sure they are gathered and boxed before arrival

- Please Note:
We are neither professional movers nor packers,
- although we are prepared with hand trucks
and moving blankets

- On PICKUP DAY

- - We will arrive
within a 30-minute window of your scheduled time,
- but
we will call if we anticipate any delay
- - We reserve
the right to decline any items for any reason,
- including
demand, quality, and/or accessibility

- TAX Information

- - We will provide you with
a tax form signed by our Treasurer
- on
which you may estimate the value of your donated items.
